I am looking for a kiteboard for kitesurfing with paraplegia. It have to be wider than standard kiteboards and with a seat with cushion. Where can I find a board like this?

Make your own! Get a kiteboard and adapt it with whatever works!

That YouTube video is brilliant!! Most afternoons, whatever the weather, we walk the dogs down the seafront then have a coffee and spend half an hour watching the kiteboarders (life could be worse :lmao: ). I've always thought it must be an amazing experience skimming the waves the way they do and would love to try it, but would never have thought it possible for a para. Now all I have to do is buy a board...and persuade my wife that I'm not too old. :D

I'm pretty sure that's a sit ski mounted onto a kite board - looks very very similar to a praschberger/tessier seat arrangement with the exception that the feet are on the board.

that video isnt a modified sit ski it is a custom build rigid frame which is bolted to a wake board. the only peice that may be from a sit ski is the actual seat bucket.

this is probably a normal sit ski with a snowboard attached.

ps on that original video you can see the rig from sec 8 to 10 at the beginning.
