I have a video where I'm using forearm crutches but it won't load. Sorry this one is sideways.

Your looking good, keep up the hard work. Nice turn around. I miss Shepherd, I met that guy (pt) who was working with you last summer.
When I get some time I plan on visiting Shepherd again, just to visit and thank everybody again.

I'm c5. I broke everything from c1 to c6 though. Honestly I don't do anything that I should. I would probably already be out of this chair if I worked for it. I'm just a lazy person so yeah. But I was going to therapy twice a weekand basically just walking. Now I'll be going 4 times a week and 2 of those times will be on a treadmill. So we'll see. Welcome to the site btw.
