Stuffed shells (ricotta cheese, Italian sausage have to sneak in some finely chopped spinich so Mr. Hapa thinks it's just parsley) topped with Marinara sauce and Mozarella and freshly grated parmesan and some garlic herb bread on the side.

Might make cannolis with the leftover ricotta for later in the week ~ YUM!

I am dying to cook and use my normal skills but find that I have many issues to over come now. I do cook through other people with a puppet mentality. It's hard but I refuse to take the easy way out and hit the drive through. I use to teach I've offten thought teahing other para and quads ????

Hi Mat, and welcome to the site!
I'm in the same boat as you, in that I sit nearby and watch my wife (of 2 months) cook while I ask, "Do you really need to use THAT much oil?" or "How about putting some mushrooms in the sauce?"

I'm hoping the marriage lasts, but at this rate I'm sceptical.--haha

MMMMMM… Everything sounds so good. We might have to include some recipes, like for cannolis and home made eggrolls.

I’m having BBQ chicken and ribs leftovers. Not exciting.
