Mobility Scotland has 559mm Teny Alloy wheels in their range. All I can find out via Google is that they are made in Taiwan from aluminium alloy and that the Teny company has existed since 1996.
Anyone used these wheels, or have an opinion on them please? I've dealt with Bill before and can't see him selling crap, but I'd like to hear a few reviews before I place an order.
Thanks.

After some searching yesterday I found Tenyrim Company
TENY RIM ENTERPRISE CO., LTD.
No. 30, Lane 32, Chung Cheng 1 St., Yung Kang City, Tainan Hsien, Taiwan ROC
http://www.tenyrim.com.tw/icm.php
Emailed them & they informed me that their alloy wheels can take a load of 200 kg that’s about 31 Stones.

Well done CR.
I never got as far as that as I decided to buy 559mm Spinergy wires instead.

I got a set of the red 26" Teny 6-spoke wheels from Bill at Mobility Scotland. The first thing is they're bomb proof! I've used them on a strengthened chair on the Back-Up Snowdon Push for the last two years and they are still like new. I don't think anybody will be able to buckle or crack these no matter what they put them through.
They aren't gong to compete with Spinergys for weight though, although they aren't what I would call heavy, but I do have the largest 26" ones.
The only complaint I have with them is that the riv-nut mountings are a little longer than normal which puts the pushrims further from the wheels than I would normally like. Having said that, this is easily fixed and I'm sure Bill would offer to cut them down if you asked nicely.
If you want a set of utterly solid and maintenance free wheels then I'd recommend them. If you want ultra light weight, try elsewhere.

Thanks FT. That'll do me. I'll file it for the future.
