My spasms are mild during the day, but in the night, my legs jerk me every couple minutes... just enough to keep me awake. :wink05:

I tried baclofin and it didnt work. I stretch, which helps but doesn't solve the problem. Most of the time i take sleep aid to overcome it.

Is there any stout muscle relaxers that would work? I dont care if it makes me drowsy..

You can go up to 80mg on oral Baclofen. If that doesn't work, you can try Zanaflex, Valium or Flexeril. Valium made my husband very confused though. And Flexeril isn't really made to take long term. My husband ended up getting the Baclofen pump.
