So 23 years ago today my grandfather (that'd be my dad's dad) upset a tractor and passed away in a thistle patch. Sunday is 23 years since my brother passed away from SIDS at the ripe old age of 6 weeks. August isn't a good month.

Nor is it for me, putting my dog down today and my mother died on the 15th (tomorrow). My ex's son was born on the 28th, and I still miss him dearly. So August is a bitchj

Well I'm kinda bias towards August........I get this really tasty desert.......this year it may be a "twice baked" cake though, once in the oven & a 2nd time by all the candles. :drooldrip:

But I do feel for both of you & your losses. :muahaha:
