I want to go back and see a doctor about my SCI.

I am a lot more active recently than I have been in the last X amount of years and I am struggling.

I can and do walk with splints and a stick but its not really enough to keep me upright, I fall a lot and trip over my own feet!

I do have a good chair but I try to stay out of it as much as possible to keep my muscles strong and everything.

But my question is do I see my GP or do I go to the Psysio or OT?

Who will be best to help me with walking aids and house hold aids?

Its been years since I have seen anyone, since becoming an adult and being discharged from the Pead I have gone it alone really as I am sure your all aware you just get told to get on with it.

Go to your GP tell them what you need and have him/her refer you to the right places
