I found a personal trainer in Tucson who works with SCI . My husband started going to him 3 weeks ago. He likes working hard and having someone work with him to work his body to get his upper body strength back. He is 5 months post. A T4T5T6. The name of the place is Mobility Fitness. So if there is anyone in the Tucson area I would highly recommend him. We have been looking since his injury.

Thanks, I just moved back down to Tucson after having my accident at my parents' home in Idaho and having to stay there for almost a year. I will definitely look them up.

We started going 3-4 times a week, if you want any more info you can pm and I can give you my phone #. He is located Grant & Tucson Blvd. We had a real hard time finding people who specalize in SCI.
