Invacare Or Quickie Wheelchair?

I have a rigid TiLite Aero Z. I like it. I have to velcro my feet to the footplate to keep them there, though.
I think you should really try out both types of chairs (rigid and folding) if at all possible. I wish I did, just so I knew what they both felt like.

I have been in an Invacare Top End Terminator with a suspension, and it was a nice ride. But it was the cantilevered frame design (similar to the TiLite TR) rather than the Z frame, and I find the Z style to be a better fit in my Ford Ranger.
It's all up to personal preferences once you get into custom chairs. How stiff/smooth you like the ride, frame angle you like best, frame style you like best, available factory-installed accessories, weight preference, dimension preference (do you want the huge wall that is most folding chairs, or do you want the chunk of the rigid?), and material preference (titanium versus aluminum versus magnesium).
Check out the Fyu-Jon or the Alto Select.
Here's a video of the Alto Select going into a Smart... Really cool.

*Wheelchairs are made of a special ocular magnetic alloy......they're "eyeball magnets".*

I agree 100% with Wheeliebear about the name Invacare though but I guess the brand has been around for a while. If Colours can get away with calling a chair 'Spazz' then I guess I can let Invacare go!
All my chairs are rigid, I would never consider a folding chair, but then for my needs I don't need a folder.

Yeah i have to agree with Wheeliebear and Trinity about the name Invacare also, One of my cushions is an Invacare, brilliant cushion but a shit name haha, I scratched it off with a knife. And LMAO what Trin said about the colours "Spazz" chair, as if they got away with that one!
I think rigid chairs are best, well for me anyway.
One of my mates has an Invacare A 4 i think its called and he loves it and says the name maybe a joke but the chair is great.

Another thing about the Quickie Ti is that no matter how many adjustments to it and different cushions or backrests, i've never felt 100% comfy in it, but maybe no matter what chair i get, that could be my problem.

The GTi is available with full suspension and is a whole lot lighter than the Boing. I tried the boing, and it's great as long as you've got a lift, or someone to put it in the car for you. The problem you have with the front end diving is likely due to either small caster wheels, or high frame angle. The casters on the Ti and GTi are set fairly far back to begin with, but with smaller caster wheels and high frame angle, they can get really tippy. When I got the GTi, I got the 4 inch caster wheels, and haven't really had much of a problem, save for the slight tippiness when reaching for something on the floor. Also, the GTi has less front frame flex, due to the tooling of the tubing. I will say this though-if I had the room for the cantilevered frame, I'd have gotten the Invacare Top End Terminator Ti. It was my favorite of the chairs I tried prior to the GTi.
Colours has some other interesting names...Switchblade, Krypto, and they call one of their kid's chairs Chump...
I still think the Quickie name is interesting....There has to be a story or joke behind it.
