  • Spinal Injury Level / Relationship:C4, C5

Posted 10 September 2009 - 07:16 PM

Hi my name is Ish and I injured my c4 c5 about 10 years ago. I have a perculiar problem in that, when I sleep I begin to get light spasms in my limbs. They are light but enough to keep me awake. I have to walk around on a cold floor to calm my spasms down. This happens only when i'm lying down. When I'm up and about it never troubles me. My injury left me weak on my left side. I have no strength in my left hand. Please help...It's becoming a problem. :wink05:
