Sorry no experience with marinol. But if you're really having a tough time with spasms as I do, learn to grow your own. Skip the marinol altogether and just learn to grow quality pot. It is absolutely the best anti-spasm med there is, hands down. For me, nothing seems to stop the big spasms, bot good pot will elliminate the high tone and sensitivity that sets off the spasms. Find some of the good stuff and try it for your self. There are strains bred just for spasms.
Good luck, pm with any questions,
I completly understand and I would if it was legal for medicinal purposes in my state here in the States. I have tried every other medicine and even had the botox shot in me too. NO result. I do have one question though. If there are strains for spasms maybe you would like to inform me of them please?

Some of the mg. that others have told me about; 5mg. 2 times daily, 5mg. 3 times daily, and 1mg. as needed. I believe the 5mg. 3 times daily might be able to help. I am in college with a major in Accounting and the 40-50mg. valium seems to make it very difficult when doing Calculus, BUT! if I smoke a joint, it helps me relax and I seem to focu more on my studies. I am seeing my neurologist tomorrow and I will post the results and let everyone know. Thank You

It's pretty widely accepted that Indica strains are better suited for anti-spascticity/medicinal use, while sativas are more recreational.
