There are many sites talking about natural products to help nerves regeneration. Some of them are as follows:

Cell Food
http://www.nationaln...il.aspx?ID=3581

N-ACETYL-CYSTEINE (NAC)
http://www.nationaln...il.aspx?ID=3075

http://www.integrati.../answer28.htmlThe most important nutrients for nerve cell growth and regeneration are: vitamins B6, B12, calcium, magnesium, alpha-lipoic acid and acetyl L-carnitine.

http://www.mcvitamin...ort-Formula.htm

DMSO (Dimethyl sulfoxide). http://cancertutor.c...r02/Spine.html

Do you know anything about these products or any other products that can help?

bobil:

I read a thread about chrondrontnaise (sorry I don't think I spelled right) There is a study going on in the UK about the regenerative properties for spinal cord injury. I also read somewhere on Dr. Young's thread sci.rutgers.edu ibuprofen, but I haven't seen any writeups about clinical trials.

The product name is Chondroitinase

Check out this article as well:

"Scientists believe they are close to a significant breakthrough in the treatment of spinal injuries.
The University of Cambridge team is developing a treatment which could potentially allow damaged nerve fibres to regenerate within the spinal cord.

It may also encourage the remaining undamaged nerve fibres to work more effectively.
