Hey guys,

A long while back there was a post regarding a website where parking violators were photographed and posted but I haven't been able to locate the post with the site addy. Does anyone recall the site? As well there was a pdf attachment I believe with a printable note you could leave on vehicle windshields. Any help locating this info would be greatly appreciated!

I think it was something like "caughtU.org" or something along those lines. ;)
