heya everyone

we all know about the quad pod, pot belly, fat gut that comes with being a quad

but is yours tight or jelly belly ?

i woke up this morning feeling tight and realized i don't have a jelly belly it fat but tight?

Hey - higher level paras have it too, I think it's called the para pot, but there is probably lots of other names. I'd be interested to hear them all.
Before my injury, too much beer was the cause. Now I have a valid excuse. Problem is most people don't realize that we don't have a lack of abdominal strength, so they still think it's a beer belly......Grrr. I don't drink much beer at all these days, but people still give my para pot a pat and with a wink suggest I should lay off the sauce.
