I have A c/5 incomplete injury, I have limited function in my hands and little grip strength. I am able to walk but I'm not able to step over a gate. My youngest is 20mo and he gets into everything we have lock on many things and on the door knobs but some of them I am not able to do so I'm also locked out. Looking for any suggestions our products that worked for others.

they have a gate at babies r us that you can put in a door way but you can also open to step through and close back up with out having to take the whole damn thing down. i also have the door locks that are for the handle type not knob type deal that have a sliding piece at the bottom. all you do is push the piece in and slide it over which keeps the handle from being pulled down. i suggest walking through walmart and babies r us. that where i found these. good luck!
