I have a Quickie Argon Ti with a standard back rest and my posture is not very good, i've been working on trying to strengthen my back, but i keep going back into a slouched position which is really uncomfortouble.

I was interested in hearing other peoples experiences with different backrests, i am looking into getting a new back rest which has more support.

And also will having a more supportive backrest make my back weaker, meaning i'll always need more support?

thanks for your help
