Happy days!

More than likely. But hey - I'm around to sing it!

We had cream cakes at work to celebrate the day (an ancient tradition in the office for celebrating days of personal importance, work related days of importance are celebrated with beer) and then I had the joys of 7 hours of college (which I actually started to understand!!). Despite the fact that crash day is always hyper active with the flash backs and general "icky" PTSD memories I even managed to sleep quite well.

Best of all for the first time I didn't cry once!! Okay so I nearly did but I managed to maintain my British stiff upper lip!

ANd I am ever so glad that you were all here to join in with it!

It was indeed my SCI anniversary StillFingers, but the celebrations haven't ended yet so you've not missed it! (seems year five will mostly involve loosing the weight after the cream cake binging session this week - saint john meeting tonight and .... yup more cream cakes)

Thank you for my chocolates x
