I'm always thinking of books I want to read, or listening to people ramble on and tell me how great a book may be. I found this today:

My friend got a Sony reader and it really looks good. Easy as reading book printing, and no glare. It is bit expensive though, I am happy reading on computer / books for the time being :P I like reading technical books / articles most of them available in pdf, and it is much easier to read on reader than on computer.

I got one for my mom as her birthday present last year.

I steal it from her every so often.

It's pretty neat. the constant 3g connectivity allowing you to download books completely independent of a computer is the selling point for me. The new one coming out is supposed to have a bigger , backlit screen though, so I would wait.
There is no winner. You just give up, or keep trying.
