I have noticed that when I go out the next day I have all the side effects of a hangover but 2 things happen. I'm curious if anybody else experience the same thing or could just tell me what's going on...

1 -- extremely cold! I just busted out the heating pad to keep my legs warm!

2 -- my feet swell

Feet swelling is probably a result of the hydration levels.. a given.

Funny you're feeling that way,.. my mom has a bit of a hang over and she's freezing right now too. She's convinced shes getting sick, I think not.
I dont know why you would be getting cold everytime, odd.. This time of yr, the humidity and cold breeze make it easy to stay cold around here.. Try getting some direct sunlight on those legs.

My feet swelling is more noticeable when I drink vodka red bull. When I switched to vodka and lemonade, no swelling.

Haha I'm still recovering from last night IN BED! The wind is freezing right now... I have a heating pad back on me even though I just burned my legs :dev:

Way to go mom! :emoticon-0165-muscle:

Forgive please if I sound like a bit of a shit head, but uh, maybe if you were to cut back on yer drinkin' a bit?
Learn to have fun without getting so completely sloshed you end up hung over the next day.

or

Try drinking something else.
I can drink a fifth or more of tequila (good tequila) without getting hung.

If you drink massive amounts of Jagemeister, bourbon, Southern Comfort, brandy etc. the sugar in it will cause problems in the morn.
Also. Some aspirin and a big glass of water right before bedtime will help alot.

The best cure? (and i know you wont listen) switch to soda pop and get to an AA meeting.

I know, "E-dog you have no idea what yer talkin' about, i do drink like a lady! it's the ICE! It doesn't agree with me."
mmmmmmmmmmmmm of course it's the ice. :emoticon-0165-muscle:

I once heard due to the airholes in ice and the density of the alcohol, that the ice actually will f*@k you up??

I drink lots of milk when Im feeling sick from booze, its my cure.. Not sure it will work for everyone.

Cure for a hangover is more Booze. Can't be 'hungover' if you're still sloshed. Don't expect to live too long though

Booze, like most substances if taken to excess, is a poison.

The body can cope with small quantities but the only way to counter the effects of too much, is to dilute it by drinking copious amounts of water before sleeping it off. Headache pills (provided you can keep them down) can ease a banging head, but don't take more than the recommended dose - your liver has quite enough to cope with already!

Carpe Diem

The BEST thing for a hangover is a nice Spicey Bloody Mary... When i use to go out bar hopping when i was younger i would have the worst hangovers and drinking the Bloody Mary would do the trick everytime..

I don't experience your problems but I had a weird one Saturday.

Over the course of about 5 hours I had 2 bottles of wine. Afterward I was really thirsty and drank probably 40 ounces of crystal light. But amazingly enough for the next 14 hours or so I had no urine. I was really starting to worry that my kidneys had shut down. I never go the whole night without waking up to a ful/almost full leg bag. But after drinking I woke up to an empty leg beg.

I was seriously thinkjing about heading to the hospital over it. Luckily by the next afternoon my kidneys or whatever seemed to have kicked back into gear and I was pumping out urine like normal.
Just a regular guy making his way through life.
