*Hi guys me again with a questionnaire I could do with you all filling out so that I quantify some research* (It is copied and pasted from a letter I sent out)
**SEE VERY BOTTOM FOR ANSWER FILL IN**

To whom it may concern

My name is Giles Wilkes and I am currently in my third and final year at MMU Cheshire, the course I am doing is Design and Technology with Education. For my final year I am required to design and manufacture a product of my choosing.

Due to the fact that I have a family member in a wheelchair and my initial research has led me to see gaps in the market, I feel it appropriate to design and manufacture a product to aid with a wheelchair users every day life.

I have highlighted the issue of the everyday shopping trip with particular problems being the reaching and grabbing of items and also the storage and security of these items in particular the storage and security of shopping items.

If you could answer the following questions I would much appreciate it.

1)Do you often experience problems with shopping?

Yes
No

2)Do you feel that you are often restricted to the amount you can buy whilst shopping?

Yes
No

3)If yes do you feel restricted because of:

a)Frustration whilst shopping
b)Problems with amount that can be stored
c)Other

4)Existing products for storage of shopping items are normally placed on the back of the wheelchair, do you agree that there is a problem with security?

Yes
No

5)To you what is the bigger problem:

a) Storage of items
B) Security of items

6)Do you also agree that there is a problem with usability?

Yes
No

7)Ideally where would you store your shopping items?

a)On the back of the wheelchair
b)On the side of the wheelchair
c)Underneath the wheelchair
d)At the front of the wheelchair

If you just copy and paste the below with your answers that would be so so useful

Answer:
1)
2)
3)
4)
5)
6)
7)

Giles if you want people to take the time to answer your questionnaire you should take the time to use the Survey option on this forum. I never have used it so I cant advise you on how to but I bet someone can.
