Do you mean that you begin to have twitches in the muscle/tendon?

After I attempt to move my foot, and whether I'm actually able to get any movement or not, very often my foot will react with twitches for about fifteen minutes after being exerted. I've always felt that this was simply my body trying to react to the command, but showing up late for the party. :mfrlol: Sometimes it's more than just twitches too, I might get a full range of involuntary movement from my ankle/foot...when this happens I try to recruit the muscle groups in tandem with the movement, and use that to, hopefully, create or maintain those connections.

You can make the tightening in your legs less severe by simply stretching out once or twice a day, seems to work well for me and my injury is also T6

works for about 10 minutes for me im afraid,

i will find the link to my legs being tight one day B)

its weird because somtimes for no reason at all their very flexable, and then some days their very tight or spastic, no matter what exercise or medication i take, theirs no link,

they just do what they want to do
That's what she said!

What about giving them a really good massage? maybe combined with stretches? I know this helps my legs when Ive done too much and have sore muscles. Im able bodied though and I know its different for you guys, but maybe it would help??

I am a t7-8 para, and have a lot of spasticity and tone in my legs. Stretching helps some, but I just started working out in the pool at physical therapy, and that made a huge difference! The warm water (92 degrees) combined with stretching exercises done in the water helped a lot. If you have the opportunity to try this it might help.
