Hi

Does anybody have any information on being a tetra/Quad and playing on Play Station 3 or X box 360?

My Friend is a tetra and he has a problem playing a game with the controllers.

The games are call of duty 4,World at War and Modern Warfare 2, he can play them fine on his pc using a track ball(i think it's called that it's like a mouse but doesnt move)and his key board.

If anybody knows how or if there is any special controllers that could plug in to any of these console's it would be well appreciated.

Ian..

same problem here mate!

Thing is the lack of dexterity is something difficult/impossible to overcome as you simply need it to begin playing/using this stuff!
Life is just to short not to have fun!

Hi,

i use an "x-arcade" arcade stick. allows you to switch betrween the d-pad and analog sticks. it was a hundred ucks though and it doesnt work for all game where you need both d-pad and analog controls at once. i can play GTA4 fine though.

Dude, I had this issue in the first few months after my accident. I am a C6/7 and have no finger movement whatsoever. I used to get really pissed off not being able to play my ps2! But through persistence i developed my own wee technique! I now play my ps3 all the time and can own at most games, I play alot of first person shooters like MW2. Can't really describe how I do it and everyone will be different, just tell him to keep trying and don't give up. It will come to him eventually.

Heya crip. You play ps3 online? If so, add me. My ID is Kovayne.
Fear is the dumbest thing that we've ever created in our minds; its just so stupid... it stands in the way of everything and it achieves nothing.

Where there's a will there's a way. I read an article the other day that said (in the US) game developers can get payed up to $10 000 for making there games more 'universally acessable'. Apparently this can be as simple as an option to add closed caption to the cutscenes. The article estimated the same games would sell as much as 20-40% more copies if it were easier for people who have difficulty playing with the default options.

Do you remember the asrticle title, where you saw it, or which day in particular you saw it? I would be VERY interested in seeing how to do that...

Thanks.

hey why don't you use a Webcam to video what you're doing and then put the online so we can see what you are doing. It would be very helpful.
