I am a C6/C7 quad. I get hot flashes often. Along with blotchy skin, they are my first sign of AD. When I get hot, I get HOT! It gets so bad that it turns into serious anxiety when I can't get cool. I start stripping clothes off. I had pnemonia after my fall from a tree while deer hunting, so I know how bad it is for us Quads.
What is wondering is: Now that it's cold out, I was wondering if, when I strip down to a t-shirt or less am I putting my self in jeopardy of getting sick?
Thanks
