That's the thing about our judicial system,,anybody can sue anybody else. They may not win,, but they can cost the other person a lot of money defending themselves.

Then the second person sues the first for filing a "frivolous" lawsuit, ( costing more money) but can't collect because the first guy didn't have any money.

The only people to come out ahead are the lawyers.

HAHA! The infamous "vincint17"! I actually know this guy. We all used to play Resistance: Fall of Man together. He is a TOTAL DOUCHER! He would come in to games and harass the hell out of people. That's why Sony banned his console. They tried banning his ID but he'd make another and do the same thing. So, Sony did the only thing they could and banned his console. I think he has videos on youtube of his "dirty work". His name on there is something like dpvincint17? Some of 'em are pretty funny but, if you watch them, you'll understand Sony's reason for doing what they did.

Nevermind the youtube thing. I couldn't find it. I think he deleted all of 'em.

You can tell he's a douche just reading that. Makes you wanna reach through the screen and slap him. The only time I ever got banned anywhere was some craptastic site because I said family guy is pretty unoriginol with most of there jokes.
