Below Coccyx Wound

i want to ask, and i want to know what is the solution when we scratch the skin below the coccyx,
what precautions should we take, what skin care medicament should we use, how we should deal with such problem and avoid complications

i had broken skin in that area last month and the solution was 11 days in bed on my side, let it air, and put nothing on it.
