So, I have a spinal cord injury of T11-L2 and naturally I feel like my back has to pop all of the time. Well, I was looking at using a spinal decompression inversion table. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to use one without messing up the rods in my back or if it would help at all. Does anyone know?
Thank You.

best person to ask would be your orthopedist or neurologist.
There is no winner. You just give up, or keep trying.

Definitely ask an orthopedic spinal surgeon first.
