has anyone tried acupuncture for muscle tightness and pain? ive been having a lot of muscle tightness and nothings helping. if youve had acupuncture for muscle tightness and pain, did it work? how long did it take to start working?

have you tried it since? my scapula doesn't rotate and the surrounding muscles have locked my right arm so that i can only lift it to shoulder height/90 degrees passive or 140 degrees assisted. i will be speaking to an acupuncturist next month. wish me luck.

i have a friend who is an acupuncturist and it helps me alot w/tight musculature
