Hi does any body know if gerald simonds is the only place in the Uk to get tiLite parts from?

GBL may be able to get them for you, possibly worth a phone call - however I'm not sure if they deal direct with TiLite or work through Gerald Simmonds. Either way you'll pay full list price.

I actually got my TiLite spares from Sportaid in the states when I needed some a few years back.
