Spinergy Wheels?

my questions are as follows:
my wheels now are 24 inch will going to 25 inch make it easier to push up inclines and getting around?
is it worth the extra money to get 12 spoke lx vs 24 spoke spox( which i can get for 250)
will tires make difference what kind to get im mostly on smooth level surfaces

Thanks for the help I ended up ordering 24 inch lx 12 spoke spynergys with natural fits from sportaid.A christmas gift to myself. Sportaid has a coupon for $45 off purchase of $400 code is sa1217 good thru 12/31

Not to mention bending my fingernails back when I'd accidentally hit the brackets/screws that attached the rim to the wheel
So much happier now and I don't grab the tire anymore - which saves my palm skin - since I'm lazy about putting my gloves on
Though, I do have full function of my hands and they are somewhat small - only 6.5" from middle fingertip to wrist. Your comfort level with the rims may vary with injury level and hand size.
