Nah. That's when he just hangs around for a few days in his daiper and folks stick things in him. Then he gets a res-erection or something. Been doing it for years. Same old routine, but at least he gives us a few days off work. Bless him.

I don't think E-Dog was born.... I cant imagine him as a baby..... 
I think he just appeared; a bit like DR Who... I wonder if he has a Sonic Screwdriver?...
He's just ageless and never ending......... He'll still be posting his unique style here in the next Millennium...
