I would have to say that my spasms are not as bad as the horror stories ive heard but my problem is with my torso. if i do not move my legs to shake out spasms and do pressure reliefs every ten minutes my body tightens up. to the point where i cant push my chair without having a violent spasm.

should i get a pump?

i don't think i can say yes or no for you, but i have a pump, have had great results, but still get tightness in the torso. in saying that though, it is much better than it was before the pump was implanted.

do you want to die wondering?
