I want to take Matt to his first Buffet concert =) I am a huge fan and if he knows whats best he will be too ;) I think that the atmosphere and a little trip to get there would be good for him and uplift his spirits a little bit, As long as it is a pleasant experience that is. Has anyone been to one? Any big issues? Did you enjoy yourself? and where did you see Jimmy perform? We are on the East Coast of the US somewhere between Ohio and Florida would be best.
Thanks!!

I've never been to a Buffet concert but I suspect like all concerts it could be great or it could be terrible depending on the venue. Some places really go out of their way to make sure no one stands in front of a wheelchair user and others just put you in a row with people standing all around you.

Our local Jimmy Buffet venue is Merriweather Post Pavillion and in that place once the crowd stands up I can't see a thing. So I wouldn't recommed seeing it in the Baltimnore area.

My bf and I tried to go in Philadelphia at Citizens Bank Park. We had seats on the field and they wouldn't let us down there bc for some reason they couldn't (wouldn't) let us use the elevator. I don't reccommend going there...the event staff is completely different than the staff for Phillies games. We ended up leaving without ever seeing/hearing the concert.

ps-my bf is a T5/T6 complete in para
