Has anybody participated or visited the Push to Walk facility in NJ (it is a branch of Project Walk). If so what is your feedback, I am thinking of going there. I currently go to Moss in North East Philly PA, and am applying to there Rewalk program, I was told i am a great canidate. I did my post hospital Rehab at Moss and really like the people there. Project Walk seems very in tune to aggresive Rehab, I would be in favor of that if that is what it takes. Thank you for your input.

Does insurance pay for the Rewalk program at Moss? Is it an exercise based recovery program? Step to Walk is not covered by insurance, which may be a deciding factor for you?
Step to Walk is not a "branch" of Project Walk per say. It is a Certified Provider of the Dardzinski method of rehab. The trainers at all Certified Providers have visited the Project Walk Institute of SCI Recovery in Carlsbad CA and have studied under Ted Dardzinski, Eric Harness and the rest of the instructors located there. I would tour both facilities and look closely at both programs

I attend Project Walk and highly recommend it. I do 3 hours a day, 4 days a week of exercise based recovery, with good results so far.

I've been to Project Walk a few times and always had a good time. I'm actually going to Push to Walk on the 23rd and I expect them to be on par with Project Walk. I'll let you know.
