It probably does have something to do with the cold snap, as obviously the circulation isnt going to be working properly in the leg with no movement.
It cant hurt to go to the GP but they will probably be none the wiser, my experience anyway. The usually tell you to keep an eye on it, and try and elevate it, and keep it warm! In my experience, I tend to worry more when a leg heats up, just as my circulation is none existent. I wouldnt of though it would be a blood clot as your leg would be hot to touch and swollen. but again every SCI is different so dont dis regard it!

Went to GP today, he says it is just because i don't move it much, but to keep an eye on it. i have a chest infection at the moment which is not going away so will probably be back next week for a check up and have my annual MOT at the spinal unit on 1 Feb.
thanks though,

I had a mark come on my leg like you describe when I was pregnant with my second child.
The spinal unit consultant wasn't bothered by it and explained it off as part of my poor circulation in my non moving limbs.
It still comes back for a month or two even 7 years after if first came.
Maybe its the weather, a tight pair of socks, tight leg bag strap. Maybe its a permanently damaged valve in a vein.
Hope that helps,
I

My lower legs/feet do the same thing along with the coldness, and it's often when my thoracic fusion is hurting as well.
