:mfrlol:
Greetings All
From a snow bound England,
as I unable to go out due to the snow I am gaining some weight,
I need to exercise and I am looking for some type of exercise equipment I can use at home does anybody have any idear what I can use,
maybe some thing like a static handcycle,
I have just had an idear as I drive from a wheelchair using a Quickie GPV and Yamaha elictric wheels and at home I use a manual Quickie GPV,
I could put a bracket on the Quickie to lock me in the drivers position and drive from it but I have asked 4 local dealers if they can put a bracket on the Quickie and drive from a manual wheelchair but I have been told it is illegal to drive from manual wheelchair,
does anybody drive from a manual wheelchair,
thank you in advance dingle.

Seemingly, "support" is very "serious" and you should never have a thought of your own..... My Blog

Hi re driving from manual wheelchair I know a few people that do it - try contacting steering developments in hemel hempsted.

On evercises suggest you try www.activehands.co.uk - they sell cuffs that will allow you to use weights if your grip is not so good
