Has any long time injured had a colostomy? Would you recomend this, than nomal bowel management? Has it made life better or worse for you?.

had mine 3 years post....elective and best choice made to that point...never have regretted a second, it enabled me to be independent...search "colostomy" here in threads and you'll see extreme few who weren't happy with it...
