My biggest fear about going on holiday abroad is the bathroom facilities. Emptying my bowels everyday is an important part of my day, it makes me feel better in myself and I hate the thought of being clogged up. Also an important part of my toilet work out is my raised padded seat that I take with me when travelling on holidays in this country, what advise can you give me in this difficult subject?

Hi,
Travel with your padded seat wherever you go ( although in most countries you can buy one quite cheap ) and make sure that you have an accessible bathroom .
