I am a 52 year old male with a c5 incomplete injury. Over the last couple of year the muscles in my left lower back and abdomen have tightened greatly. I am currently trying botox injections and have had limited success. The tightness causes me to constantly pull left. There is no pain, just discomfort. I am able to walk with crutches but this condition makes it much harder. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions on treatment for this?

Acupuncture helps me with tightness.
Look! It's a snail! It's a sloth! Able to creep short distances before lunch!

Acupuncture also helps me. Plus stretching the tighter side and strengthening the weaker side. Deep muscle massage also seems to help.
