what do you do to keep fit? i really would like to avoid getting a belly
i occasionally roll for like an hour but it gets a bit boring... and i dont think there are any disabled sport groups near oxford

i use my saratoga for about a mile a day and do my hand weights............

Hi Jonmoon if you can get your hands on a motomed that is great for keeping a para belly at bay. I use it every day for at least fifteen minutes. I also swim once a week and uses the standing frame daily. Good Luck

a saratoga is a table top hand cycle that u use with your arms, i do around a half mile to a mile a day, just depends on how i feel......saratoga makes quite a few different styles.......its a brand name...........a motomed, i dont know what that is.............i'll have to google, curiosity has got me there!
