Hi everyone

Have you stayed in an accessible B&B in the U.K ? Not a travel inn type but a privatly run B&B ?

Was it truly accessible or just a bedroom that happened to be on the ground floor so it is marked as a "disabled room"...!

Was it large enough for a wheelcair user, proper wet room en-suite. Hoist available, preferably tracking. Comfortable bed, loads of pillows, the things that make a difference.

In fact, does such a thing exist?

Do you use B&B's.? If not, why not? Have you tried to find a comfortable accessible B&B.? Has your choice of holiday/short break been ruined by arriving at a B&B only to find that 'small' step they 'didn't think would be a problem'..! :type:

All your experiences and thoughts/opinions would be very welcome. Please contact me through the site if you prefer.

Thanks in advance.

L
