Kidney Infection

I'm a L1 incomplete,four months in. About 3 weeks ago i started getting sick nearly upon waking at 6am.For one or two days,but by the 4th day i couldn't keep anything down (even water) all the way up to lunch time.And all the wile increasing backpain but not on the spine.The doc. sent the lab off and gave me antibiotics.I tried to take them as prescribed,but with bouts of vomiting it was on and off. Now its starting all over.Im three days into the same senario. Is it possible to get antibiotics in single shot form?
