Hi there,
I am writing this for my friend, who is a quadriplegic with very limited movement in his arms...

He recently developed "frozen shoulder", and is awaiting a doctor's appnt that is 2 weeks (!) away.

I read that you can do certain exercises to help this condition along (as part of recovery).

Does anyone know of any sites or info on exercises specifically for quadriplegics that I could assist him with?

I figure we can at least make a start while waiting the two weeks to see the doctor...

Easy fix. Stretch your arm up and hold it there for a few minutes then repeat. To get it up you can against a door jamb and kind of walk it up or rig up a pulley so that you can pull it up with the other hand. Or you can get someone to pull it for you.

Can he get access to an arm cycle, FES arm cycle would be best. Daily stretching and Range of motion to the arms is important to prevent "frozen shoulder."
