for the past 7 hrs i have had pain below my waist that feels like either your freezing or needles jabbing me. Yet I am not cold but actually sweating. I just got a slight head ache and have been urinating more then usual. i am c5 c6 quad with good return and have not experienced anything like this before. The only change to my routine is i switched my times on therapy to the am which made me hold back urinating longer then usual. could this be a siign of Autonomic Dysreflexia? what do i do when this occurs?

Yes, it's a sign of dysreflexia, anytime you get pain/headaches always try to empty your bladder and/or bowel to see if that takes away the symptoms. Other than that the tingling could be the nerves "waking up" that's what happened with me anyway.

Other symptoms are sweating, face flushed, blood pressure escalating and pulse accelerated. I had this when I broke my femur and the clown in x-ray pulled and bumped the bones together...with a low thud. It's very scary stuff.

Good luck.
