I posted on here before about my issue with urinating sitting down. I have tried everything even changing meds and still very inconsistent urinating in my chair. if im laying down i fully void does not matter could put the seat back in the car and fully drain but it seems when im sitting down theres to much pressure on my bladder. I been doing research and saw dyssynergia is the cause of this, that is the constriction of the sphyncter. I know theres a surgery you can get to allow the urine to flow freely. before i jump into that anyone have it done or have other success with this issue.
yesterday i got disyrflexia for the first time because of an overfull blatter and i dont want that to happen again.

please advise

Is it impossible to find opportunity to lay down when you need to urinate? If so, Could you use intermittent cath in those circumstances? That would open the sphincter.
Look! It's a snail! It's a sloth! Able to creep short distances before lunch!

I'll tell you what mustn't happen
Your bladder over fills - high pressure develops - and urine flows back up over the kidneys
Cath more often and see a urologist
