Search "Tilite" on eBay. They frequently have ex-demo chairs at very reasonable prices.

I like to have my chair as small as I can possibly get it, when I got this chair I was weighing in at 240. I've lost weight since then and there is over a inch and a half on both sides between me and the wheels, wasted space and I could go down 1/2 - 1 inch on both sides easy.

As far far as the length, the 18 is just to long and I have long ass legs, 36 inch inseam. But the bottom of the seat sling sticks out a bit further then my 18x18 cushion for some reason and rubs against the back of the top of my calves and into them if I'm not careful. So taking a inch off or maybe a 1/2 off would be great.

BTW there is a 18x18 ZRA on ebay also. 18x18 ZRA on EBAY
0 bids and starting at $500 but only 5 hrs left, hurry!

So some scub bag waited until the last 30 seconds of the auction to outbid me on the tilite on ebay. Im not a vindictive person but I hope that guy wheels themself off a pier.

I have to give him credit I would have done the same thing!! live and learn

Eric, As you say, you have learned. This is simply THE way play on-line auctions.

If there is something expensive that I really want, I quite enjoy putting in a bid near to my top price but several hundred pounds more than all the other bidders who are trying to get it for next to nothing.

I take a perverse pleasure in watching them frantically bidding at a pound a time and knowing they are so far behind. I always increase my bid in the last half minute though. Win some, lose some.

That's the thing about auctions,,, you go in knowing your limit,,,, until someone out bids you by a hair. Then you feel compelled to bid again.

The thing about Ebay is,, the guy with the fastest server wins. I need to hit the confirm button at least a minute before deadline, because mine is so slow.

Actually, it's not quite that simple. There is lots of software around which bids automatically for you, making it much easier to win at a much lower price (because the price only goes up if people keep bidding - but with an automatic bid at the last moment, you get in there with a price you're happy to pay but without having to rely on wits and fast servers, etc....) such as auctionsniper.

I'm not sure of the legalities of it, but am sure I've lost to it in the past!
