Hey guys, I'm new to this forum however in the few days that I've known about it I've learned alot of tips and tricks with regards to my disability (T3 Paraplegic) which is awesome :D

I have a question however about exercise equipment that can be installed at home. I live in Canada, so in the winter I don't have much of a chance to go out and get some good exercise (due to the snow). I have read that "hand pedals" or upper body odometers are an excellent way to get my heart rate up and get some good cardio exercise. Im desperately trying to lose the weight I've gained over the years in college and university and am looking to buy one. I would like opinions on which hand pedals are the best for home adaptability, functionality and accessibility including any good suppliers that I can order from. Also, it might be good to know that I will be constrained to my wheelchair for the exercise.

Any suggestions are welcome!

Like most equipment specifically for the disabled, you can pay a premium. However in the uk i have seen the following type of bikes for sale in high street shops and suprmarkets for £25 (UK pounds). So might be worth looking to see if there is something similar available to buy before paying the premium.
