Maybe something like what Sportaid has?

or

I'd assume that you might need to make a little setup with velcro to make it work around a joystick though? Dunno. I have the first one on my chair and on my crutches as well, and so far, it's lasted through the Minnesota winter.
I am a palm tree - I bend, but do not break, in the winds and storms.

I bought a fanny pack that has a cell phone pocket on it (about $20). The fanny pack has several other pockets with zippers that hold my wallet, keys, meds, etc and you can figure out how to mount it just about anywhere. On my electric chair it is mounted on the side of the armrest. For a quad put key rings on the zippers to make them easier to push/pull open and close.

I use a totally hands-free Bluetooth... http://www.nobuttonsheadset.com/ It is triggered with a magnet mounted near my headrest (instead of pushing a button). Once it is triggered it is voice controlled so you can tell it to access your phone commands and make a call by saying a name or, dependent on your phone, you can dial by saying a number. For incoming calls you can say "Answer" to answer the call or you can say "Ignore" to send it to your Voicemail.
