I've got a Jay Xtreme (http://www.sunriseme...&bmLocale=en_GB), waiting since last August, with the local appliance centre, due to the Argon Sunrise supplied being totally wrong to the script and the replacement hasn't arrived yet. However for the couple of days I did have the chair here, with the back, I found it took a little getting used to but, once adjusted, it was comfortable and supportive. Also, due to it's design, no more flopping around from one side ot the back rest to another.

Yours is higher than what I'm having, and seems to includ handles, so that will get around the only problem I found with the "extreme", the backrest bars do not extend further than the backrest and conventional backrest are normally higher, so I missed the ability to hang my arm over the back when leaning. As for comfort and positioning, well let's take postioning first, they hold you a lot better than just a canvas back between two pole, so are more comfortable but, the comfort part will take a little time, to get the postioning right.
