I have the TiLite ZRA, I like it a lot.. my only complaint is all the maintanance the casters/wheels require. Seems like i am constantly having to clean them out, down to the ball bearings. But I guess if you got a diff wheel than i have that might not be such an issue?

Ches, what wheels/generation ZRA do you have?

I have a first generation TiLite ZRA. Great Chair...Probably the best I've had in 27 years wheeling. The ZRA is light and strong. With the wheels off my frame weighs 14 lbs. I pick it up with one hand/arm to transfer it into the car. Note: just about all front casters pick up stuff from the floor. Especially hair and that wraps around the axle spacer and sometimes gets into the bearings. I just pull my caster wheels off about every 3 months and clean out the fung.

TiLite ZRA here also, no idea on generation, had it for almost 4 years though, wow I just thought of that, 4 years in one chair with no major issues, that's the first time I've had one this long. I have switched out the front casters 3 times because they were falling apart, other then that though it's been a great chair to have. If I don't get a Marvel next time I'll go with another Ti for sure.

I have the Ti ZRA also and LOVE it! It is a nice chair. The first chair I had (off of Ebay) was an Invacare A4 which served it's purpose until I got my custom chair. But, I had researched them all out, and from what I could tell (and the advice on here) the TiLite won hands down for me. I am SO glad that I got it. I can't believe the difference in the chairs. I don't even like to get in my other one!
Quick story: When I became paralyzed, I told my husband, if I have to live in a chair, I will at least have a cool one! He said "The problem is, is that only you will know what a "cool" one is." I said. "That's enough for me!" So, I was at this meeting a few weeks ago, and this guy rolls up to me and says " I used to roll up beside cool sports cars and red lights and check them out. Now I see coll wheelchairs and come up and check them out." I said, "Did I pass? Is mine cool?" He said, "Oh yeah, yours is definitely cool!" I said, "YES! I can't wait to tell my husband!!"

My winter beater chair is a ZRA, which is much more solid than my old winter beater chair. Seriously, the winters in Minnesota are torture to chairs. It's taken just about every brunt this winter could throw at it, and it remains solid.
Especially when your brand new baby, also a sparkly ZRA, is all pimped out and shiny.
I'm super impressed with the titanium and solidity of the chairs, but yet they move pretty effortlessly. And my shiny pretty new one will stay in hiding until the weather suits it better.

I have ZRA also and it is a great chair it does pick up hair and bits of fluff on the casters but they are easily removed and cleaned I had the bearings on one caster sieze on me but I bought some new bearings and just replaced them they are a common size bearing and I got 4 off of ebay for £2.99 they easily popped out and easily tapped the new ones in thats the only thing I have had go wrong with it in just over 3 years and I still like changing things around on it as it is adjustable.

I have a Q7 and absolutely LOVE it! Have had the Quickie Ti in the past and just got my Q7 a couple of months ago. Its great, amazingly lightweight and so maneuverable. Plus there are so many options available, its crazy! If you want more info on the Q7 you can go to the website: http://marketing.sun...medical.com/Q7/
I'm attaching a photo of my chair, it glows in the dark!!!
Definitely check out the website for more info and I can't recommend Q7 highly enough!
Good luck!

You guys can see the first of my ads for Sunrise Medical Canada for the Q7 on my blog at http://mimimachine.blogspot.com as well as a couple pics of my Q7. I love it. It's an absolutely amazing chair and I'm not just saying that because I'm their model. Tried uploading the ads I'm in here for ya'll to see but they're too big and won't upload.

Another vote for a Q7 - demo'd both the Q7 (Helium in UK) and the ZRA next to each other - the ZRA is significantly heavier but may be a little more durable, not sure on that one yet (had my helium for 6 months with no problems yet). The brake operation on the Q7 is to die for. Other than weight and the brakes there's little to choose between the two chairs IMHO.
