Hi, during the night i usually have my leg bag fitted but somenights i forget/fall a sleep without fitting. This will often be the night when i pee the bed. I have tried different waterproof protectors for the mattress but all seem to allow pee to seep through to the mattress underneath. Can anyone recommend a make/brand that are truly waterproof? Thanks

Always a problem, no one likes sleeping on plastic under a sheet.

I spotted you were in the UK. The White Company do a good but very expensive one, plastic back, terry top. But after several washes and tumbles the plastic as you can imagine disintegrates.

Another alternative is a Kylie sheet, and whilst blushing buyer say they are currently out of stock of higher absorbancy ones, they recommend one called a sahara.

However neither are full mattress protectors, but the Sahara one says it will soak up 4 litres.

Hope that helps,

We have standard Mattress protector on bed and on top of that re-usable Bed protector is used. This is machine washable, and I find it good. Also when on holiday I put it on top of the bed and sleeps on it. I also use seat protector on Car seat.

I get them from here:

I think the ones I get are about 20 quid and last for a good few washes. Can't really feel them under the bedclothes.
THE ONLY EASY DAY WAS YESTERDAY.
